Called to have my dog of 10 years creamated but couldn't get to him til the next morning. Five Lights did it for me at 8 that night so when I called to inform her that he wouldn't be coming in she was hateful and catty about me using her competitor. I didn't have to leave my dog in my garage for 12 extra hours, if she didn't like it she could stay open later.
